The decision to begin therapy is not simple and often comes at a particularly challenging time in your life. If you are here, you may be:

  • Recovering from a loss and struggling with grief
  • Hoping to find more meaning and purpose in your life
  • Stuck in familiar, but painful patterns
  • Trying to find ways to build more intimacy in your relationships

I know how difficult it can be to reach out during these times and my goal is to respond with thoughtfulness, curiosity, open-mindedness, and empathy. I want to work with you to find ways to gain insight and relief.

I care deeply about providing a welcoming space for people who are new to therapy or have ambivalent feelings about starting this journey. If this is your first time, I will be very open to questions and transparently explaining the process.
